This chocolate is handcrafted by Schoc Chocolates using our own Bhut Jolokia to give it that real BITE! The Aztecs cultivated the chilli at least 6,000 years ago and were the first to combine the chilli and cocoa to create the world’s first chilli chocolate. This spicy chocolate is great melted or shaved on all of your favourite desserts like cheesecake, pannacotta, ice cream and even in Choc Chip muffins. It can also be used in a Chile Con Carne to give a richer and darker texture and flavour to the dish. Try it melted down as a chilli choc sauce on your veal or steak!
