Aji Limo is another hot chili from Peru where it is said to have originated in Lima. A citrus flavoured hot chilli it is great for salsas, sauce and best with fish dishes! A real tasty chilli with a nice medium to hot heat and a great lemon flavour!
They are commonly used in ceviche, and other Peruvian cooking.
