2 kg chicken pieces, 4 roma tomatoes or 1 can of tomatoes, 30 ml chipotle sauce (add water to your taste), 1/4 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp tomato bouillon, 1 tbsp chicken bouillon, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp Mexican oregano, salt, black pepper, olive oil, 2 bay leaves, 2-3 large potatoes sliced and 5-6 carrots sliced.
