The White Ghost chilli, which is creamy white and pointy, has a very fruity flavor that kicks in almost immediately after consumption. The extreme heat builds up for several minutes and eventually creates a powerful endorphin rush. A rare white type of the Bhut Jolokia from India these are not as hot as the red and choc varieties but still has a good kick of heat!
