  • 1 tbsp / 15 ml cooking oil

  • 1 medium size onion
  • 8 cloves / 8 cloves garlic
  • 8 units / 8 units bird’s eye chilies
  • 5 units / 5 units mixed peppers
  • 1 tsp / 6 g salt
  • 1 tsp / 2 g black pepper
  • 1 tsp / 4 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp / 2 g oregano
  • 1 tsp / ⅛ g mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp / 2 g smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp / 2 g chili powder
  • 1 tbsp / 16 g tomato paste
  • 1 tsp / 2 g lemon zest
  • 4 tbsp / 60 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp / 60 ml white vinegar
  • ½ cup / 120 ml vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup / 4 g chopped coriander
